TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the CleanTee web-based application (“Platform”) owned and operated by CleanTee Cleaning Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Platform allows users to book cleaning services, manage schedules, process payments, earn loyalty points, and communicate with CleanTee staff and administrators.

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. CleanTee reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in business practices, system features, or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and User Requirements

• Users must be at least thirteen (13) years old to access the Platform.

The Platform automatically determines staffing requirements based on service area size.

6. Booking Policies

• All bookings are subject to staff availability and operational capacity.
• CleanTee reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to emergencies, safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Users must ensure safe and accessible service locations.
• Failure to provide accurate booking details may result in service delays or cancellation.

7. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

7.1 Payments
Payments must be completed upon booking confirmation unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include GCash and other supported digital payment platforms.

7.2 Pricing
Service fees are determined based on service type, area size, and service duration. CleanTee reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

7.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is subject to CleanTee’s Cancellation and Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

8. Loyalty and Rewards Program

Users may earn loyalty points upon completion of services. Loyalty points:

• Are non-transferable
• Have no cash value unless explicitly stated
• May be modified, suspended, or terminated by CleanTee

Misuse or fraudulent accumulation of points may result in account suspension.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or endanger cleaning staff
• Provide false or misleading booking information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Interfere with Platform operations or security
• Upload malicious software or harmful content

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, system designs, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of CleanTee Cleaning Services. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written consent.

11. Service Limitations and Liability

CleanTee shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by force majeure events
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by users

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Suspension and Termination

CleanTee may suspend or terminate user accounts for:

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Repeated booking cancellations or misuse
